本次展出内容，以目前各厂商的焦点3D为主，除此之外，之前在E3展，出展过的作品，也将呈现。另有索尼PS3的体感外设，微软XBOBX360的体感外设Kinect，也有一部门面临手机通信，或者挪动电子产物，像是IPHONE,IPAD等的作品呈现。别的，CESA方面称TGS 2010将会进一步成长亚洲PC游戏业，所以本次日本本国，华夏(搜罗台湾)，韩国等亚洲国家的重要游戏开辟厂商，也将搜集一堂商量异日亚洲游戏业成长趋势。
